Privacy Policy

The short version

When you request an estimate or a call back, we use what you send to arrange that estimate and pass it to one concrete contractor who covers your area. We don't sell your information, we don't use it for advertising and we keep it only as long as it is useful for that request.

What you send us

• Your name and phone number, plus an email address if you choose to add one.
• The city or neighborhood where the work would be done.
• The service you selected and the description of the project you write.

What is recorded automatically

The company that hosts this site logs standard technical information when pages are loaded: the page requested, the time, the browser, the approximate location of the connection and the page you came from. We also count clicks on the call buttons and completed forms so we know which pages help people. We don't use advertising trackers.

The site may keep a small amount of information in your browser, for example to remember that you closed a notice. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Why we use it

To call you back, to arrange the estimate visit, to pass your request to the contractor who will look at the work and to check later that your request was answered. We may also look at anonymous totals, such as how many requests came from each city, to improve the site.

We won't send you marketing messages or contact you about anything other than your request unless you ask us to.

Who receives it

One independent concrete contractor serving your area receives your name, phone number, city and project description so they can contact you and quote the work. We also rely on service providers that host the site, deliver form submissions by email and route our mail; they handle the data only to provide those services.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept for up to two years, so we can follow up on an estimate, deal with a complaint or answer a question about past work. After that they are deleted, unless the law requires something to be kept longer.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we'll reply within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it. Privacy questions can be sent to info@houstonconcretemasters.com.
